PLEASE NOTE: The balloons DO NOT come retail packaged, they are sent individually. Approximate Measurements: When inflated and assembled, the confetti balloon measure approximately 36cm tall. Balloons measure approximately 5" fully inflated but this can vary depending on the size you would like the balloon to be. The inner stick measures 16cm, slotting inside the 19.5cm straw, therefore the size is easily altered. If you require it shorter, the extra few cm can be trimmed off the straw. one supplied
