This icing and frosting whitener gives your buttercream a clean and crisp white shade in just a few drops. Alternatively, you can use this whitener to soften or tone down the shade of your coloured buttercream, giving you the opportunity to experiment with different shades, letting your cakey creations really stand out from the crowd. What's more, this icing whitener is completely tasteless, so you won't have to worry about spoiling the taste of your delicious icing! You can whiten your buttercream or white ganache prior to adding a colour, which will give you a brighter and truer tone to the colour you are trying to achieve. Having a bright white buttercream also means you can let your sprinkles and toppings really POP! This whitener is suitable for a range of different mediums, including buttercream, royal icing and sugarpaste.
