Golden Syrup, or Light Treacle, is a viscous, partially-inverted syrup with no added flavours or colourants. It has a buttery flavour and golden colour that is ideal for creating cakes, biscuits, puddings, toffee, etc. Invert sugar content = 42.0 - 50.0%. Dry matter content = 83.4 - 83.7%.
