Coat, spread, fill, pipe, melt, and drizzle with Baking Brother's Multi-Purpose Chocolate Paste. This chocolate paste is a beautifully creamy milk chocolate, and with so many uses, it's a must-have for your cakey cupboard. Ideal for coating, filling, or layering desserts and chocolates. The paste can be melted or used straight from the tub. Instructions: (When used directly from tub) 1. Scoop directly from the tub to coat, spread, or pipe. 2. Leave at room temperature for 10 minutes to set a firm but soft shell. Alternatively, place in the fridge for 5 minutes. (When used for melting) 1. Place portion in the microwave for 20 second intervals until fully melted. Do not burn. Alternatively, use a bain-marie and melt at 40-45c. 2. Once melted. use to coat, fill, drizzle on desserts and chocolates. Any leftover chocolate paste can be remelted multiple times. Store between 15-25c in a dry place. Keep out of direct sunlight.
