20302 Fermipan Red Instant Dried Yeast (500g)

Fermipan is a quality dry yeast that producers of bread and bakery products rely on. Mix through flour before adding other ingredients. The Yeast can also be added directly to dough with no need to re-hydrate. A typical home baked 500gm flour weight loaf requires between 8 and 10 grams of yeast. Also suitable for use in a breadmaker. Use by date: March 2022. Storage The product is vacuum packed. Store in a cool, dry place, below 25°C. Once opened, the pack can be stored well closed and refrigerated (between 0°C and 10°C) for further six weeks without loss of performance.
