Funcakes - Gluten Free White Lace Mix (400g)

This mix for gluten-free lace only requires the addition of water, making it easier than ever to make your own edible cake lace. This edible lace is slightly translucent/white in colour and has a delicious toffee flavour. Perfect for use in cake lace mats, piping, stencilling, colouring with FunCakes Colour Dust and making edible confetti. FunCakes Gluten-Free Mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility, letting you and your loved ones following a gluten-free diet enjoy the sweet taste of homemade bakes. Preparation Mix 50g lace mix with 50ml water in a bowl. Mix for 2 minutes at medium speed. Fill a lace mould with the batter. Dry for 9-12 minutes in an oven at 110°C (convection oven 100°C) (or 3-4 hours in open air, outside the oven). To avoid hardening, cover the mix with foil at all times and process within 2 hours. Store at room temperature in a dry place, do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.
